im a 16 yrs young girl....
but my weight is 77 kg (sorry i know only in metrix)...
my height is 5'4...(158 cms)
if im over...how do i lose my weight...
plzzzz help meeee....

Never monitor the numbers. It's all about whether or not you feel comfortable. If you would like your body to look differently and your changes are realistic for your body type - then exercise. Monitor what you eat but don't deprive yourself, that will create another issue. If you have a hankering for fish and chips, have it only once a month and walk an extra 15 minutes. Find a gym to work at, but watch the letches - stay away from the slimy men who only want to cause you trouble. Be comfortable with you - don't stress the numbers. Case in point - according to the US Federal Guidelines - I am considered obese! I have curves and many people are bigger than I am! I could stand to loose, but I'm comfortable with me!

I'm sorry to say it, but yes, you are obese (overweight). And no, it's not the end of the world. I'd suggest talking to your doctor about changing your diet so you can properly lose weight and begin exercising. If you want to see where I got this information, you can go to the website below and calculate your body mass index. Yours is 30.8, which is considered obese. Good luck on getting healthy. =] Just be sure you're comfortable with yourself, don't worry so much about what others think.

If you are overweight, I suggest you to eat small portion of meal. Make sure you calculate how much calorie you ate. Then go to a exercise machine. Start running! (Example= I ate 200 calorie at breakfast, I start going to a exercise machine. I keep exercising until I burn about 30 calorie more that I ate. In machine, they will tell you how much you burn) Hope it helps!
