Demons as portrayed by Christianity? No
This is not to say I do not believe in evil, just not in evil personified.
There are people and things that are so far out of balance as to be be evil, but beings who exist simply to tempt and torment, no.

well, I'm not sure what I am today, for I've lost my spirituality. I believe in witches and warlocks although I'm supposed to be christian. Whether demons really exist is a question I can't answer. But there is definitely evil out there in the world. You can feel it in the air around you. Good and evil are so close together. I also believe there are people that have amazing powers, healing, seeing the future, things of that nature. I know for a fact there are healers because when I was young one healed my brothers face after a bad accident. When she was done it was just a little red and tender. Only he was sworn to secrecy not to tell where she was. She did it out of the goodness of her heart, no payment would she take.

I consider "demons" to be certain malevolent, or even sometimes trickster-type entities.
I don't believe in the Good-Evil dichotomy, but people and entities land on different places on the sliding scale.
There are certainly some entities that I've encountered that were frightening, and trying to harm - I wouldn't want to run into them again. However, I never considered them demons.
Now, in many Christian perspectives, there are ideas of Spirits/Demons of Addiction, Spirits/Demons of Guilt, etc. I certainly believe these kinds of entities exist. Various negative/harmful energies will attract beings that resonate with those kinds of vibrations. Also, if those kinds of energies are allowed to exist for long enough, they certainly take on a life of their own - effectively BECOMING spirits of anger, abuse, etc.
But I still don't see them as evil or demonic per se. It's just energy on different frequencies of resonance.

technically ALL spirits are pure energy.it just depends on whether it is positive or negative..soo technically demons are just PURE negative/black energy.soo yes they exist but possibly not in the form that you are thinking of.everything has an oppisite.angels must have an evil version of them...which would be demons.every person has an evil side.like....george bush and osama bin laden (dont take this the wrong way).
i believe that wiccans believe in demons because wicca originiated FROM christianity in the first place.that is where it came from.but the word wicca has been around for a very very long time before there was christianity.the religion though originiated from christianity though.

I have made soooooooooo many transitions in my life to get to where I am right now. a few of those have been christian, wiccan, and then to Lukumi/Ifa (Santeria) and espiritismo (spiritualism) where I currently stand spiritually today. In my experiences, people in wicca and even in santeria dont believe in the concept of demons. These "demons" are nothing more than misguided spirits who died tragic or sudden deaths, or who weren't funeralized/burried properly. As an espiritista (medium), it's our main goal to send lost/troubled spirits in the right direction so that they can see the light and follow it. The concept of "demon" is a chrisitan term.

Christian demons? Why not? Everyone is allowed their own mythology. And I have worked with Goetic demons before, so I at least have that experience to work with.

I used to be a wiccan. I must say that everything is balanced. If there is good than there is evil. Happiness, sadness and so on. If there are good spirits there are evil spirits. There has to be a balance.

i do not believe in demons, although i do know evil exists.
evil only continues to thrive and survive when we allow it to. of course, we cannot control others, so we have to focus on refining ourselves.
perhaps the Christian hell is simply a refiners fire - one that leads to further development of personal faith. who knows?
