What does it mean, or what does it mean?
MHz = MegaHertz
667 MHz = frequency of the FSB (front side buss) not the processor. Average by today's standard. This will support a number of processor frequencies so that info is also important.
DDR2 = 2nd generation Double Data Rate memory
Currently the standard. Implies SDRAM as a type.
SDRAM refers to the form factor of the memory module.
In old times it meant Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (a type of memory)
1-1024MB indicate 1 stick of 1024 MegaByte (or 1Gigabyte) of Ram.
Current standard for low end system. The key is how many can u put in for future expansion.
80GB 5400RPM is the size, 80 Gigabytes, and speed, 5400 Revs Per Minute, of the hard drive.
It means it is small, slow, and cheap by today's standard (160+GB 7200 RPM)

MHz is megahertz. its the clock speed or ur RAM. for best results the clock rate of RAM and RAM slot on the motherboard should be same.
DDR2 and SDRAM are types of RAM. as far as my knowledge goes, SDRAM and DDR2 two different types of RAM modules
1-1024MB means u've got 1 RAM(using one slot out the ones availible on the motherboard) of 1GB(or 1024 MB)
RPM is the speed at which ur hard disk rotates.

MHz is megahertz - the speed of the CPU (larger is better)
DDR2 is the type of memory modules
SDRAM is a form of memory module
RPM is Revolutions per minute - speed of the disk drive. Faster is most of the time better.
This machine has 1024MB (1GB) of memory and an 80gb disk drive.

MHZ = megahertz
DDR2 is SDRAM, think it stands for Double Data Rate
SDRAM = Synchronous dynamic random access memory
1-1024 = it has 1, 1gig stick rather then 2-512 sticks or modules
RPM = Revelutions per minute ( just like your car engine tac)
