Deep fried turkey testicles. It's like a large hushpuppy, but salty. No, I'm not kidding.

Whales tongue-It is a delicacy in Japan, also I tried belly of tuna. They weirdest things is, they both tasted like chicken and liver combined.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. On a dare I was told to try rice and fish head soup. Not bad but that first bite was terrible. It is definitely an acquired taste.

Is pheasant weird enough for this? It was a dry bird and pretty tasteless and it looked like chicken but did not taste like chicken. Chciken actually has a taste.
