Once an "Adoption Order" is given, it can't be reversed except in exceptional circumstances such as the Adoptive Parents dieing. If the adoptive parents die, a new Court Order has to be obtained for any other adoptions. If your natural parents want you back, after the death of the adoptive parents, your biological parents will have to obtain an "Adoption Order" and they will only be known as your Adoptive Parents. Then again, I think your English is giving the wrong question as for you to ask this question means that your mother was in kindergarden when she gave birth LOL. If you want to know what I think you want to know, Yes! you can live with your natural parents once you are legally classified as an adult. There is no law that says an adult cannot live with whom he / she choses to live with.

For those that mention "time limits" to change your mind. There is no time limit and no option to change minds once the Court Order is signed and sealed. The cooling off "time limit" applies between the time the child is taken and the time for the order to be sealed. In other words, a parent can change their mind before the Court Hearing but not afterwards. Once the Adoption is sealed, it's final.

Are you over 18? How do your adoptive parents feel about this? Were you adopted through social services or through a private adoption? Does your biological family want contact with you? Have you considered these questions? My daughter fantasizes about returning to her bio family...she forgets that they abused her. I don't know what she will find in 6 years but as her real mom I'll be there to support her.

The only way that the biological parents could ever have a chance of taking you back would be if they could prove that the adoption was fraudulent. That means that they would have to show that there was coersion or diress that caused them to sign over their rights.

Once you are 18, your adoptive parents have less control because you can now legally represent yourself.

once you are 18, you can be give consent to be adopted by anyone you want, including your biological family if they want to. it counts as though you were adopted twice. Before you are 18, your parents (the ones who adopted you) would have to consent to give you up and allow you to be adopted back. That's very very rare and i wouldn't hold out too much hope for it. Why do you ask?

i didnt quite understand your question, but if you are asking if your biological parents could take you back if they are over 18 years of age...no. their age doesnt matter.

they have signed their rights over to your (now) parents. but depending on which state you were adopted in (your biological parents' residence at the time of your birth) biological parents usually have a certain amount of time to change their minds (for example in FL it is 48 hours)

your (now) pafrents would have to sign their rights over to your biological parents if they wanted you back.
I hope this helps

No, not if you were adopted legally. That is, a release from your birth mother (and father, if available) was to be signed to insure that the adopting parents wouldn't run into a case like this. Do yourself a favor - check with a 'legal aid' office in your town and/or state - they can figure it out for you.

Good luck - I hope that it works out well for you.

A biological mother has a month from the time that a baby is adopted for her to decide whether or not she wants the baby back. That's it. They can't take you back.

a parents rights are terminated and they have a time limit of 30 days or so many months (unsure of exact time frame) to change their minds or contest it if it was non-consensual. then there is no bio family can reverse it. then an adoption hearing is scheduled.
