intense sweating - for the first few days with exercises routines and diet..
body measurements slowly decrease- week per week basis depending on health routines..
improved cardiovascular respiration- continuous routine...
muscles begin to harden- real good sign

You should notice a change in your cheeks and then in your waist. You wont always see a big change with your stomach but you will be losing inches for sure.
