Ok so im 13 and im 5 foot 3 inches and i weight 104 pounds. Do u think i need to lose weight or stay were i am? But i just lost over 19 pounds over the summer.So i was wondering if i should lose more or just stay were i am now. Plzz help!!!!

104 is a very appropriate weight for your height. I don't think you need to do anything further, seems perfect to me.

No. Don't lose anymore weight you 13 if you lose anymore weight you will stop your period. Your period comes when your at about a 100 pound so do not lose anymore weight or you will be underweight. You are fine stay that way do not go under 100 pounds you should really gain weight instead you should stay between 100-115. Good Luck.

You can lose weight if you want! Your i control! Send me a message if you need help with a diet. I am 5'2" and 105-110 pounds and I'm bigger than you but it's just cuz i eat a lot. My sister is 4'7"and 60 pounds and she doesn't even look too skinny. So I say go for it andlose more weight! I'm sick of america's fat standards!

You lost almost 20 pounds without the consult of a doctor and at your age that is not healthy at all. Gain some weight back and eat healthy.

According to the body mass index you're a bit underweight. I wouldn't be too concerned with your weight seeing as you're still growing. Still keep in mind if you keep messing with your metabolism by gaining and loosing weight unnecessarily now you're going to have a really hard time maintaining a healthy weight later in life.

you are exactly where you need to be. you are at the perfect weight. stay like that. ur body is developing so just eat what you want and exercise and you will be fine.

your underweight you need to gain a few pounds head to your doctor losing that much weight and being so young is dangerous
