Ooh, I hate being micromanaged.

The best thing you can do is ask as few questions as possible. Get a project, do it from beginning to end and avoid the micromanager.

If he/she constantly pops by with suggestions or feedback, just smile and says "Okay," then continue what you were doing. Micromanagers are usually so busy and running around they don't even remember everything they request and usually don't notice the difference.
