I cant really keep in my mouth for 30 seconds without adding water to it. Will it have any effect on what it does if diluted?

Thanks everyone. I added 10 ml of water to 20 ml of Literine (approximately) and it seemed to work. It started burning after 15 seconds, but I was able to tolerate it for another 15 seconds.

Try 2 parts Listerine to 1 part water. See if that helps, plus it won't dilute it too much.

well the directions say to dilute it but how many people really follow the directions, I know I don't. I can usually tolerate it. It doesn't seem like it's working unless it's burning.
But diluting is okay and recommended.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and ask this one?
Have you ever heard of and tried Dr. Tichnernor's (sp)?

That one I can do undiluted too.

I have to dilute it! It is too strong for me to keep in my mouth for 30 seconds. Thank you for asking this question because I always wondered if there was something wrong with me.

Ive never diluted it, i never used to be able to take it, but have got used to it, they have now brought out a less strong flavour to it, maybe u should try that.

i have never seen on the bottle to dilute it.
