Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention.
Enalapril is used for treating high blood pressure
Simvastatin is used for lowering blood cholesterol levels
DynaCirc CR is used for treating high blood pressure. This medicine may be used alone on in combination with other high blood pressure medications
Someone is trying to prevent a heart attack and/or stroke with these medications

The first is a dieuretic. Taken by people with high blood pressure, certain types of obsesity. It rids the body of water weight or fluid retension. It has to be taken in conjunction with a Potassium salt to prevent dehydration and loss of electrolytes.
Second is a blood pressure mediation that also increases natural postassium.
Looks like a medication routine for someone with High Blood pressure from Hyptertension
Thirs lowers lipids and is used in Choelsterold managmeent.
That last is Isradipine, another high blood pressure medicine.
I would say you have a somewhat bloated or over weight, probabaly older person (50+) who is being treated for high blood pressure and water weight retension.
It's a common regiment. It can be done with 3 medications not four. But I didn't notice a potassium pill so the Enalaphil might be used to help raise the Potassium content.
You have a person with high blood pressure who has too high a cholesterol rating and is probably over weight and is vastly becoming a candidate for a heart attack and will be prone to diabetes and may already be type one diabetic.
That is common in this class of persson.
They need to go on a contrtolled diet and reduce sugar, table salt and bad animals fats.
Broiled skinless chicken, unsalted (you can try a little pepper, some lemon or onions to make it taste right), broccolli, salad with apple cider or red wine vinegar and maybe a tad of olive oil, but I'd consutl the physican on that one.
Decafe coffee no sugar. Use some creamer it has small amoutns of sugar in it.
Grape fruit for breakfast. HAve a whole one, no sugar.
Apples, a nice natural sugar, anti-oxident.
Get off the burgers, get off the Color Sanders cool it with potatoes for a while.
Consult with doctor for caloric consumpion.
More than likly this person is currently consuming over 3,000 calories a day, possible as much as 4,000 and this person should really be in a 2,400 range and attempt to get that down to 2,100 optimually.
A diet for this person would be maybe 2,500 calories a day.
But I'd have see they're size to say otherwise.
That means no sodas, no sugar.
Oatmeal for breakfast with some rasins maybe a tad of honey, no more than a tad. Whole grain toast with some nice peanut butter, not a lot. Grapefruit, whole or canned NO sugar.
Lunch chicken breast, half or whole, skinnelss, broiled or poached. Salad with vinegerette dressing, as large a salad as you'd like. Maybe put the chicken in it. No salt.
Snacks an apple anytime you're hungery. Go ahead eat 5 a day they are almsot a pound and very healthy for the body, but I'd brush my teeth afterwards.
Dinner, natural fruit salad, water melon, catnalope, honeyduew, grapefruit, apples.
Or another chicken breast, broccoli or asperagus no salt, no butter use lemon, orange some pepper, some garlic, some onlion to make it taste good.
Eat early, not later that 7 pm.
That's a big diet, but this is a big person.
It a lot less than they were eating before.
Healthier.
This person is a double quaterpounder large fries a chocoalte shake or large coke twice a day, candy bar, ice cream, chocolate cake person
That's speculation of course.
But the High Blood Pressure, Dieretic and Anti-Choelsterol regiment paints a picture of someone who is heading for an early grave if they don't re-think their life style
AND they should conslt on all of this with a doctor.
They re-write their life style (and you can have many things to eat you can enjoy, just no more atrtrificailly sugar and flour things or salty foods) they can extend their life by a decade or more.
IF your Doctor PERMITS and this is a MUST you can start using a small amount of POTASSIUM BASED TABLE SALT.
SMALL amounts and ONLY if the DOCTOR agrees.
Throw your Sodium salt out.
I have always viewed that Salt and Sugar should be restricted drugs only available by prescription.

I'm assuming you had a few typos in your question. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, Enalapril is an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and Dynacirc is a calcium channel blocker. All of these are used for the treatment of high blood pressure. Simvastatin is an enzyme inhibitor used to lower cholesterol levels.

I agree 100% with SeanT. but would like to add that people with heart problems (esp. high blood pressure) take diuretics to remove some of the water from the body, which in turn lessens the work of the heart. High blood pressure meds and diuretics go hand in hand.
