Sin defined as "against the behavious prescribed to us by God" doesn't exist.
Right and wrong are another matter. Those of us who don't believe in God and sin, usually view right and wrong in terms of benefit and harm to our fellow human beings. This can be figured out by ourselves, without some cosmic figure telling us what it is.

We define sin as being a transgression against a deity.
Which isn't possible if you don't believe in dieties.
Right and wrong, however, are totally different things, which relate to whether behavior is beneficial or harmful. Or wise or stupid.
I'm a Taoist, and although it's recommended to live in wisdom and compassion, it's not possible to offend the Tao. Therefore there is no such thing as 'sin' in my spiritual views.

That sin is a societal construct and not a divine one. People should know and do right versus wrong because they can logically figure out, "Hey, if I do thing A, it could hurt this person. Thus, A is bad." But, not "bad" in a cosmic sense, but in a humanistic sense. We should want to do things that will help others because we want to, not because we are told to.

Not all people believe in " meant to be " But me personally, I do! Sure its just a saying and sometimes it can seem a fluke but maybe its actually the saying coming true. I think you just have to believe and sometime you just arent meant to be. Certainly there are other things meant to be can mean, I have had previous experiences and I think that it is true, I have used the saying many times myself! Hope it helped :)

They mean that there is no god to arbitrarily declare certain actions as "bad" or "wrong".
