If a guy has amazing eyes. That would be the first thing I see that is sexy. Guys that take care of their hair are very sexy (I love a guy's hair if he has gel in it). In my opinion the sexiest thing about a guy is if he has confidence, is comfortable being himself and has a great sense of humour. That would top my list.

Well I'm a guy so I'll answer for girls.
Strictly going on body a nice figure is definitely sexy. Throw that in with a pretty face and you've got the definition of sexy.
As far as clothing goes tight fitting lingerie that shows off her body is always sexy. I also like it when she wears men's clothing. White shirt, sports apparrel, etc.
