I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, doesn’t use drugs, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

where i am from most men go crazy for a woman with an hour glass figure. she must have boobs butt and a pretty face. a few will be attracted to an educated girl with the physical compliment ie her shape.
flirtatious girls usually get played and dumped after being f**ked.
those who have high levels of confidence along with brains usually instill fear in men. they end up being tremendously respected but it is temporary until there is familiarity. they just end up being used for their pay cheque.

What I'm attracted to would be under personality...I absolutely love it when a girl is happy and smiling! And the nicer the better, I can't stand those "i don't need a man in my life" types, and the"he ain't tellin me what to do", ya know? I just like the classic, happy go lucky ladies

The way they make themselves appear. If they are the hot, sexy type men automatically focus on them. That's just what our eyes are trained to do. We look for the curves.

it totally depends on the guy. some guys like playful girls, some guys like flirty girls, etc. we all have our own specific tastes.
