Both are catholics, by the way. And guy "A" has already tried fighting in a Kumite Karate match within the greenbelt division. But never really got an a REAL thug street fight.
Guy "B" never also got in a REAL thug street fight but has already tried slight sparring in Aikido.
WHO DO YOU THINK WOULD WIN?

Gaining a black belt at younger age isn't as hard as you think. I've seen a black belt in Taekwondo but is still in 4th grade and I bet that a yellow belt in Aikdio can beat that blackbelter up!
So, it's not "rough adult" Judo but "kiddie level black belt" Judo.

JESUS! Youre' missing the point, people! It doesn't matter what or who the girl is, but the real question is, who would win between the fight of Guy A and Guy B??
I know these two people and I want them to fight coz I want to bet on one. So, strictly speaking as a martial artist, who do you think would win?

Sorry! My mistake! Guy A is 5'5"!
Additional info: He must have gotten his Judo black belt when he was in elementary or something.

fighting over a girl is pretty stupid for two reasons:
1- regardless of who wins, she will pick who she prefers anyway.
2- women have three holes, there are only two guys here, simple math. Shes a model, she should be into that. If not after a few lines of coke she will be- like i said she is a model, consider it career training.
3- the vast majority of models are trash without thier makeup and are selected solely on the basis of how easily they can be manipulated by the modeling agency. In reality, the person she will chose is the sugar daddy that her agency sets her up with.
4- thus the sugar daddy wins.

i'm betting my money on kid A because of the judo background, having a black belt SHOULD mean he knows how to handle himself through instinct alone in a grapple situation. it also means he SHOULD have good balance.
the size (weight and height) advantage alone from kid B to A would make this an even match. LUCK is on kid B's side. it is up to kid A's SKILL to win.
advice: this REALLY isn't worth the fight. first of all, if i was a betting man (which i'm not) i'd give 96 to 4 odds that the relationship would fail anyways. second, these guys need to grow some balls and have some self-esteem. because only people that feel they have something to prove fight over nothing. and that is nothing.
edit: from your update on information i'm guessing you are just making assumptions on kid A. ive been in karate and they get their belts REALLY quick. it is like mass production or something. the reason being that in karate there really isnt much technique to be learned, whoever has the fastest hands/feet in karate wins a kumite round. the blackbelt in karate means the master of the basics, which are REALLY basic. it is MUCH harder in judo. if he got his belt in elementary and he is STILL in judo now, that should mean he REALLY knows how to move. if he quit judo than, it just means he knows basics pretty well. i think chokes/submissions aren't allowed till you are 14. so once one hits that age, oh man...better protect that neck.
edit 2: ok, i'm just gonna go even more in depth about this. the scale will only tip if guy A is STILL in judo, even if it is only once a month. by now, according to our rules at that age, he should be choking and defending chokes. another thing that was stressed in judo was to find one's favorite front and back throw. unless, guy B has been secretly training or has really good instincts, it is inevitable that kid B WILL fight kid A on the ground. one month of aikido is not at all enough for one to build up an instinctive reaction of balance and defensive skills to keep the fight standing and avoid submissions or ground and pound, thus allowing him to use his not-so-extensive experience at stand up. unless kid B is really focused, he will most likely stray from what he learned (because he haven't got much training to be comfortable) to fight a brawler's fight. but then again, if one throws enough of those wild punches, maybe one will hit the button.

First of all, this model chick is not havin guy A, so fighting over her is pointless.
But...
If guy A took Judo at a legit school and achieved black belt level, then I'd say that he wins it, even if he weighs 30 pounds less than guy B (he's tiny though, this guy should probably stay out of fights, he's smaller than the average girl). However, I don't know too many legit schools that give black belts to kids, so that probably answers that question. Also, I question anyone's ability who is dillusional enough to believe the "third eye" crap, sound like he thinks he's a ninja.
When you say varsity kumite I'm not sure what you're refering to, I've never heard that before. I know Kumite means sparring in Japanese but it doesn't necessarily mean full contact or "live" sparring, it could be choreographed and unrealistic. As far as I know there aren't any styles called kumite. That would be just like calling a martial arts style "sparring". If what you're talking about is the competition that took place in the movie "Bloodsport", where Frank Dux is fighting for the title, I must inform you that the existence of such a competition is highly questionable and hasn't been confirmed or substantiated by anyone. In other words, Frank Dux is full of sh1t.
For more info on this subject:

I don't know much about the Filipino art of Arnis but from what I've heard it's similar to Kali and Escrima which are mainly stick fighting arts so I don't think this would make a difference.
For guy B, one month of boxing and Aikido probably wouldn't make much of a difference, unless he did a lot of live sparring.
In all likelihood, guy A is a dillusional dork who's martial arts experience probably consists of a bunch of katas and flashy but useless techniques. He's probably really into anime and knows way too much about Star Wars. On top of all that, he's smaller than a jockey. Guy A would need to have practiced full contact, live sparring a lot to even have a prayer.
Edit:
I'm well aware that you can get a black belt at a young age, even as young as elementary school, it happens and it is sad. Any school that is willing to do this is a McDojo, there is no way an elementary school child should or could get a black belt at a legitimate school. Black belt implies that at the very least you can defend yourself. To defend yourself adequately you must spar full contact. Little kids don't spar full contact, so they can't adequately defend themselves, so they shouldn't be black belts, period.
I should know, I attended one of these schools (TKD in my case), and was to the brown belt level by the age of 14, I started when I was 10. I could do all kinds of impressive looking katas and had memorized hundreds of techniques. But I never sparred even close to full contact and when I got into a fight, I got my @ss kicked because I had no clue how to fight for real.
And as far as your confidence in Aikido, if it's practiced effectively with at least some live sparring, it can be a very usefull fighting style. However, Aikido (as well as countless other traditional martial arts) has been criticised as a legitimate fighting style because most schools do not practice against resisting opponents nor do they usually compete in full contact competition. Like any other style it depends on how you train it, but some styles you have to look out for more than others because of their reputation.
So, to answer question directly, the bigger guy B will win because based on your description it sounds like guy A's experience is bull sh1t.

Guy B would win.
Boxing, Aikido and kickboxing are more effective for street fighting then what Guy A has been practicing. Also Guy B is bigger, stronger and more athletic then Guy A.

If the girl doesn't know they're fighting for her, what if she choses, on her own, that she prefers the loser of the fight. Or neither?
Wouldn't that make this a monumentally stupid idea? Or is it monumentally stupid, regardless?
