Congratulations on losing weight! Summer time can be hard to lose weight.
To maintain your weight, make sure you continue to eat healthy, and allow yourself the ocassional treat. You may want to increase your calorie intake a bit to maintain weight (probably by 100-200 cal depending on how you are eating now).
As for exercise, it's important that you find a way to incorporate exercise into your daily life. Maybe join a sports team, or take extra gym classes, play intermurals at lunch or anything of that sort. That way you are doing something involved with school too. Plus, it's a lot of fun!
Bringing your lunch to school is a great idea. One thing I do is make my lunch the night before so i'm not rushing in the morning. Sometimes I'll cook more for dinner (or ask your mom to coo ka bit more for dinner) and take that as your lunch. Some ideas are salads with chicken, many veggies, and a bit of cheese, or a salad with lean ground beef, salsa, and a couple taco chips in it. Make sure your lunch includes fruits and veggies too. Another filling lunch (and easy to make ) is a pita. Stuff it with as many veggies as you want and throw in some chicken or lean ground beef or even tuna for protien. Then have some fruits as snacks.
You're right in thinking that buying lunch at school is probably not healthy.

congratulations on your weight loss. Dont think going back into school will end your healthy and active lifestyle. It might very well be the start of it! Try and make time to go to the gym, atleast 3 times a week. It shouldnt be that hard. Try playing a sport you've always wanted to be good at. This will encourage you to get more fit, and give you a good direction, keep you occupied and keep your metabolism high. Try and have a healthy breakfast with a serving of fruit. For lunch, if you are going to school, the easiest thing is to pack a sandwhich. Be creative, there are lots of healthy things you can put in between two pieces of bread! For desert, stick to fruit again. Have a snack in between lunch and dinner. And have a light dinner. That should not make you put on weight. Infact, it will help tone your body, given that you have some form of physical excercise during the day.
Good luck.

Good for you!!! First of all, there is always time for exercise even if it's not a lot. Wake up 30 minutes early everyday and go for a 20 minute walk (or jog), do 50 situps and 30 push ups if nothing else. This is definitely not a requirement, but if exercise makes you feel better I think that is definitely the way to go! Food that you can take with you would be sandwhich (on wheat bread), tuna packets, fruits, vegetables, there are plenty of options.

Good job!! I'm 14 also and lost 13 pounds so i have the same problem. You should pack a lunch that consists of food along the lines of:
turkey sandwich - wheat bread, turkey, pickles, mustard etc..
apple - hard foods take longer to eat
string cheese or yogurt - dairy is good
maybe some low cal crackers
I recommend not bringing any money to school or you will be tempted by sodas and candies.

Good job on the weight loss, I am in the same boat. I too am 5'7" and weigh 140 and I need to lose 10 lbs at least. I am just cutting back on the junk I am used to eating and eating smaller portions. I have also bought a jump rope, I read that you burn more calories then jogging with a jump rope.
To tone your stomach, you can do crunches or sit-ups.
If you have a satellite TV you should have a channel called FIT TV that has all kinds of workout routines and healthy weight habit shows on it.

I dont think you should worry too much about your weight..for your height, you're sorta on the thin edge... but if you want advice then..
for lunch you can still buy school food, just eat like half the food you order, or buy something healthy like their salad, no pizza, burger, fries.
If you wanna bring something, you can choose to bring a sandwich or something, just dont pack too many of the snack bars or sweets that are in those mini packets.
when you get home, spare like some time to excersise to burn off your fat like walking around the neighborhood
I dont know if this'll help you, but i hope it'll give you some ideas at least

well if your really busy and you got very less time to exercise i think than you should woke up a little early in the morning in this way you can save some time for exercise and yeah to get rid of wobbly bits crunches is the best exercise for them..woke up early in the morning jog arround for sometime and than just do crunches and yeah it might feel little lazy to get up in the morning but you gotta change your routine a little like sleeping early and woking up early..as far as lunch is concerned nothing is better than the homemade lunch of wheat bread take some fat free butter and put it between the wheat bread and than some cabbage leaves or something like that..but if you gotta buy food from outside than check out the nutrition facts try to eat the food which dont contain more protiens, less carbohydrates and of course really less fat..try to eat vegetarian food more..if you do what i told you for another 2-3 months your slim..

walk back and forth to school or ride a bike....
if you have to drive, when you get home get on your bike and go for a long ride or a long walk, then come back and do the homework and have supper.....
Bring your lunch to school with you, a yogurt, piece of fruit and fresh veggies to munch on....
or take whole wheat bread sandwich with meat and veggies in it, make a tall sandwich...(tomato, lettuce, cucmber and some kind of meat).( take left over stew or soup) make sure you have a protein(meat, fihs, cheese) with you or you will get hungry) and tend to buy something to eat...( stay away from too much cheese, as it contains a lot of salt)
Keep away from the chocolate and snack foods with lots of sugar in them.
bring yourself a bottle of water to school instead of buying something there... less chance of buying something that is not healthy.
as far as the tummy, crunches are good
or 1/2 squats, legs a bit apart , pull in tummy and buttocks and hold for the slow count of ten., do this several times (10 ) and repeat it a couple times during the day, you can do it while you are washing dishes, sitting, whatever.....
