I used to be 100, and I had a lot of work (I do commercial
modelling) and then I gained 16 pounds in three months (because I started earning better and started eating). I am 116 now, and I am like a bulldozer, photographers say, and they do not want me anymore! And my rent is due next month 18, and if I do not pay, I will end on the streets, I had once, when I did not have any work, and I am all alone, and can reply on myself only. I tried so hard, but I can't stop eating. There are so many nice things out there, and even today I ate too much: grapes and olives, and tomatoes with cucumbers, and lentils, and won't shed anything again.
What should I do, how can I stop eating?

when hungry, chew sugar free gum and drink herbal tea.

Most important thing you can do is this:

1-eat every 2-3 hours (1-200 cal)--6 meals a day--this speeds up your metabolism and keeps it moving. If you don't do this, your metabolism shuts down and stores fat.

2-eat only protein and vegetables.......get your fiber from nuts. Do NOT have any fruit-it will take you out of ketosis (highest state of fat burning).....Have NO bread, pasta, carbs.......again, your only carbs should be from nuts and veggies.

3--limit your dairy. Only cottage cheese and goats milk.

4--drink a minimum of 8 8 oz. glasses of water a day

5--limit caffeine--caffeine destabilized your blood sugars and causes you to eat.

6-- get to sleep no later than 10pm....your body rebuild itself between the hours of 10pm-6am........sleeping 11-7 isn't the same.

7--don't eat after a certain time of day.......if you are hundry, have herbal tea or something light-1oo calories max.

8--cook in olive oil and make sure you don't over do on fats.

9--move your body-walk, exercise......do a minimum of 30 min. every day.

10--stay away from stress......stress releases a chemical that makes your body store fat.


My doctor taught me all of these things and I've lost 30 pounds in 2 months.

If you don't use your brain instead of your body you are going to die! My heart breaks for you because you do not have the inner knowledge that being strong, smart, of good character and high morals is better than being skinny. This is not an occupation that is healthy or supports any of the aforementioned qualities. Go to school and start dreaming of the life that you can have that doesn't involve the idea that olives and grapes will kill you. We all get older, and eventually do not fit the "ideally beautiful" image that we did when we were younger. Trust me. I used to stop traffic and knew it. I'm still hot, but now I'm brilliant and strong too. Blessings.

Do you think having a lot of exercises will help you lose weight? Once you stop your exercises, you'll double your weight. Looking after your diet is as important as doing exercises. Healthy diet will help you lose weight. Doing the exercises will help your body firm. If you lose your weight by lessening your food intake without doing any exercises, the result will be, you'll have flabs especially your arms and belly and wrinkles on your face. So do both.

Drink Oolong tea, it helps with burning fat and eat less and eat healthier. You have to have self discipline. When you think about eating think do I want to live in my house or on the street? Eat a veggie or fruit instead of high calorie foods. You better start running or doing aerobics, something that gets your heart rate up if you want to lose. Good luck!

the special k diet lets you loose 5-10 pounds in two weeks!
i lost 3 pounds 1 week and 4 the second week!

it works!

plus cardio 4-5 days a week!

Maybe yours is only a problem od water retainment. Drink more water even if it seems to be a strange thing to do. Our body retains liquids when we drink too little. Try green tea as well.

you arent fat. those photographers are lying to you. if you lose 16 lbs it could kill you. go out and get a regular job like the rest of us. losing that much weight when you are already severly underweight is stupid and dangerous

since your a model you are at least 5'8

that would put your bmi at 17.6 if your 5'8 which is under weight put your height and weight in and see
