In the book of Genesis (ch35 vs18) Rachel's last child was named Benjamin, meaning 'beloved son' in Hebrew. Interestingly, in Deuteronomy (ch 33 vs 12) Moses gave this blessing to the tribe of Benjamin:

'Let the beloved of the Lord rest secure in him... the one the Lord loves rests between his [Benjamin's] shoulders.'

As 'El' means God in Hebrew, I suppose Eljamin might be the nearest word, but Moses' prophetic utterance shows the tribe of Benjamin was called God's beloved.

In Arabic God's Beloved is "Habib ullah". This is a name reserved only for Prophet Muhammad (sall'Allahu alayhi wasalam)

Hmm... I can't see that the phrase belongs to any one person, in particular. Just all who believe...
