If you have lots of work to be done then 10:30 if not 10:00

Do you really need to? if so then go at 10. You may want to compromise and go at 10:15 if you can wait that long.

wait around a little then check out w/boss. stop in and say...hey, i am finished "w/what ever it is you do," can i help you w/anything else before i go? then get out!
