iv had her for about 3 years and she is house trained but latley she wont go outside to go to the bathroom i cant figure out wat the problem is and my house stinks!!!

Wow... some folks get a little angry on here, don't they?
Anyhow, I have a shepherd too and he doesn't like to go outside if the grass is wet. In fact, he doesn't really like his paws messed with at all, i.e., he doesn't like it if I touch his paws. Maybe it's a shepherd thing... I dunno. I love my kid to bits, but on those days when he won't go outside, yea I just gently yank him along... he's GOTTA go, right?

Get a little bit of the smell from her accidents in the house and put it in the yard, where you want her to go.
Then, figure out when she will need to go and take her to that spot and stand there for 5 min.
If she doesn't go, bring her inside and watch her carefully. When she starts to go, try to startle her, but not scare her... by making a loud noise... or clapping your hands or saying "NO!".... and immediately take her outside and wait for five minutes....
Repeat until emptied.

Have to retrain her. Take her outside immediately after each meal and wait until she goes. She'll get it again soon.

there has to be a reaons for the dog now wanting to go outside.
