Difficult to choose but Stella 39's list is a good one if you add Antigua. Beware of Staphylococcus - a skin and intestinal disease that lurks in the crystal clear waters. They are more warm than other seas and there is a "bowl" effect so they never really get clean. Most dive shops sell a spray you put into your nostrils and ears and you won't get the usual ENT troubles that tourists pick up - happy dives!

Bonaire and Curacao in the ABCs! Beautiful, gin clear water, and fantastic diving, especially (for me) on Bonaire. But honestly, I've never been disappointed with the water in the Caribbean - no matter where I was.
