How do I format my pictures to post for an ad using microsoft 2007?

Normallyyou need a Photo Program like Adobe's Photo Deluxe,(Older) and or one of the Newer Photoshop, Cs, 1,2,3
Many Printer Software's will allow you to do this as well.
Most People format there pictures to JPEG, if they are not already.
