You mean why wasn't Jesus born in West Virginia.
If you go to West Virginia around Christmastime, naturally you'll see plenty of nativity scenes (scenes of Jesus' birth) just like you would everywhere else. Btu there's one major difference in the ones in West Virginia: all the wise men are dressed as firefighters. If you ask why, you get this answer:
