I believe you are judged by God. If you aren't Christian, I believe He asks if you accept His religion, if you deny him, you go to hell. I believe if you apologize for what you did on earth, He will accept you into heaven. Heaven will be a glorious place where you will be eternal and live a happy, loving forever.

What I will tell you isn't what I think happens when someone dies but rather what I know happens when someone dies.
When a person dies, the person doesn't go to hell, purgatory or heaven. Frankly speaking, purgatory and hell don't exist. Heaven does but you don't go there yet right when you die.
You stay right where you have been buried and decay there too. The bible says in Ecclesiastes 9:5-6, "The living know they will die but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even the memory of them is forgotten. Their love, their hate, and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun". This verse opposes the belief that when you die, you become a ghost or something. This only happens in Hollywood.
The bible doesn't say that when you die you go to heaven, purgatory or hell. It simply says that you remain there dead until Christ returns to ressurrect you. Ofcourse there are certain instances where prophets were taken to heaven right away and when Jesus and his disciples ressurrected some followers. But for the rest of us, when we die, we stay right where we were buried. There is one example that proves this. When Jesus ressurrected Lazarus, he told the men to roll away the stone from the tomb. Then he went infront of the tomb and said "Lazarus, come forth". This shows that when Lazarus died, he stayed right in the tomb. Jesus didn't look up toward heaven and say "Lazarus, come down". He didn't look anywhere else but right at the tomb where Lazarus lay. This is proof that we don't go anywhere when we die. We simply "sleep" and wait for Jesus' second coming.

Short and to the point:

When you die, the Bible says that you fall into a deep sleep.

Nothing leaves your body, because the soul is the person itself. (Jos. 11:11)

So we are sleeping, waiting to wake up from the death whenever God decides to bring his Judgemente Day.
And then from there on we will live forever, here on Earth turned into paradise. (Pslams. 37:11)

well only God can judge, and i don't know how he'll judge, one thing for sure if you rejected HIM and was embarrassed to show love for HIM He'll be embarrassed of you on Judgment Day and turn His head...if you never believed in the first place, you shouldn't be able to spend eternity with a marvelous man...

It's the circle of life. Every living thing dies, decays, and breaks down into nutrients to feed the next living thing. I am a part of that circle. What happens to my mind when my body has completed its part? I don't know. Guess I'll find out.

We will all be judged by God. He doesn't ask if we accept His religion, instead He'd ask if we accepted His Son Jesus. What you did on earth determines your destiny when you die. Jesus saves.

It is appointed to men, first to die and then to judgment.

If you can apologize after death for your sins, then why did Christ come in the first place?

Is this a place for asking questions, or a prayer circle?

I don't recall asking what you believe.

Nobody here knows more than you do [or less] about what happens after death.
