I eat 3 meals a day during the week and 2 or 3 meals at the weekend. I know that I don't drink enough, only about 5 or 6 glass a day and sometimes not even that. I exercise 7 days a week for about 1 and a half to 2 hours

Toast (with butter and maybe marmite) for breakfast.
Sandwich plus fruit if I'm feeling good or crisps if I'm not for lunch.
A proper meal around 7 to 8pm, pasta & salad - with sauce & dressing is a favourite.
I don't snack that much as I don't usually feel like it or have time but will have chocolate if I fancy it.
I drink plenty of water but too much tea & coffee.
By the way this is a normal day, if I go out then it's different.
I don't exercise much but walk alot and do sit ups in the morning.
I'm 5'8" and size 8 -10 (UK).

Is this for a comparison to yourself hun? Because I wouldn't reccomend it, everyone is different and has different needs, you need to find out what your body needs.
But if you really want to know, I eat a lot. At least three meals a day, most days four (containing lots of carbs, lots of protien and lots of fresh veg in each one) and snack on a load of fruit.
One or two days a week I will save (usually my rest days) for having a pizza or a takeaway or a bar of chocolate or something like that. There is no set day for this, I listen to what my body tells me, if it needs a rest I rest.
I also train in the gym 3, sometimes four times a week, doing 45 minutes to an hour of cardio, then an hour of weights, followed by either some bag work or 30 laps in the pool.
I throw in the occassional yoga class for the stretching to keep my body supple.
I also train 3 nights a week in Judo, Ju Jitsu and Karate. Occassionally I will practise Kendo or Aido to keep my hand in.
Hope this helps with some ideas hun?

I usually eat about 6 times a day every 3-31/2 hours:
Breakfast
Snack
Lunch
Snack
Dinner
Snack
This prevents me to over eat and also helps increase my metabolism
I drink water about 24 oz per day and sometimes i drink ice tea with lemon once a day about 12 oz.
I work out about 3 times a week in the gym for approx 1 1/2 hours and the rest of the week i try to climb the stairs in the subway or at work rather than taking the elevator to help keep the mobility going.

I eat like a starving maniac.
I drink a lot of water during the day from fountains and then from my brita filter at home. I try to avoid soda but still drink beer often. Probably amounts to at least a gallon or so a day. It's hot in Alabama!
I exercise at least 5 days a week in one form or another, usually running. I do at least 3 miles and sub in some other exercises to complete the hour requirement.

How much do you eat a day?
breakfast: nothing, because I sleep in until like 12.
Lunch: Diet coke, water, or carrots.
Dinner: nothing.
I drink alot of water, diet soda to make myself feel full so I don't eat.
How much exercise do you do a day and how many days a week.?
4 to 5 hours, but if I give in to food and eat, about 6 to 7 hours of exercise. I do cross country about 4 hours a day. about 2 hours and 30 minutes with the team and a half an hour by myself or friends. everyday.
I'm pretty unhealthy. Don't do this kind of diet. You will just slowly kill yourself. I wish I could stop.

Breakfast: Banana, cranberry juice and slice of toast
11am: handful of mixed nuts & piece of fruit
lunch: ham salad sandwhich on brown
3pm, another piece of fruit
6pm: tea (or if I'm hitting the gym i eat about 8) normally either pasta or lean meat with veg.
Gym three time a week for an hour.

I try to eat a sensible diet;
Breakfast Eggs, toast, Bacon, Sausage, Pancakes, and Buiscut and gravy...with lots of coffee
Then a couple of hamburgers some fries, onion rings and pie for lunch with a few beers.
And a light dinner
Steak or roast beef, potatoes, gravy, vegatables with cheese sauce followed by a couple of peices of cake.
Drink
Usually a couple of screwdrivers or mimosa for breaks
Beer with lunch
a few beeers with my mates after work
A whiskey before dinner
Wine with dinner
and then I like to settle in with a nice brandy or 2 for the evening.
Exercise
I walk to the fridge several times a day
Do sit ups to reach the remote control
and run to the bathroom on occaision.
