No, sexuality is treated as a gift, something special and sacred. When a Pagan couple, who are deeply in love and committed to each other, make love, it is as much an worship as it is an act of love and pleasure. Sex is an act of joy and union, not a subject for guilt and shame. Also, homosexuality is accepted, not shunned as sinful.
This having been said, I must make it clear that Paganism is not all about sex and debauchery. We're not all swingers, we're not all having orgies. We do not fear or revile sex, but we respect it. We teach personal responsibility, as well as personal freedom. We do not advocate reckless behavior. We have, I feel, a more healthy, balanced, and potentially more mature approach to sex than some other religions do.

Paganism isn't a religion. It's a classification of religion. So "pagans" in general can't be labeled as having a "fear of sex." Only sects of paganism can be labeled such if their beliefs entail that.
Now, as far as the Bible goes, sex between two unmarried persons IS against the will of God. As is stated in Genesis and multiple times throughout the Bible, "a man will leave his father and mother and cling to his wife and the two shall become one flesh." This is meant in the very literal sense that when two people enter into the nuptial union, they truly become one. They occupy each other's space physically, and they are connected emotionally and spiritually (even if you don't belive in any spirituality or religious affiliates--kind of like the old saying that it doesn't matter if you believe in God because he believes in you!)
Roman Catholics (which I am proud to be), do not fear sex at all. In fact, the recently deceased Pope John Paul II gave a series of over 150 Wednesday audiences surrounding the sanctity of sex and the human person. Collectively, we call this the "Theology of the Body." It is without a doubt the most extensive and exhaustive declaration of the amazing beauty of sex in marriage. Now since Pope J.P. II was such a theological genius, his writings are pretty intense to try to read, so a man named Christopher West wrote a few books to help explain the Theology of the Body.
You may want to pick up the book "Good News about Sex and Marriage" by Christopher West.
I can't speak for Protestants (non-Catholic Christians), but Catholics do not fear sex AT ALL!!
We think it's one of the most sacred and heavenly experiences we can have on earth. This is why we reserve it for marriage and teach that we shouldn't toy with such an amazing gift outside the context of marriage.
Hope this helped to clear a few things up on the Catholic end!
God Bless

Actually, pagans tend to be the most sexual of the religions I have encountered. I am atheist but my girlfriend is pagan and well she is far more sexual than any christian, atheist, or agnostic I have ever met. That makes me a lucky man :)
I can't speak for all of course, but this is what I have learned through my own experience.

I don't appreciate your condescending tone. What is it about people believing in a higher power that makes people like so cut throat and bloodthirsty. People are free to believe what they wish and your intolerance of people's individual choices mirror bigotry. And the Bible was not supposedly written by GOD. As far as I know, no one has ever suggested that it was.
And this is the first that i've heard Paganism being an actual religion but whatever you say.
And there's nothing wrong with abstaining from sex until you're married. I didn't do it, mind you. But some people view chastity as something sacred. It's not for you to judge.

I thought that Paganism is an absence of any religion. Sort of like how white is used to describe absence of color. Would we ever refer to White as a color? I don't know.
Now about sex? I don't think pagans have an exclusive passport to screw till they drop. I think sexual desires, bliss, pleasure, and the pursuit of these, is a personal choice, irregardless of which faith you follow, or don't follow. If you are able to do it, and you have someone to do it with, that's good enough. It isn't that hard. Although, I suppose hardness is a requirement of sort. No doubt, but I think you get my point. Don't you?

No way!!! There is absolutely no fear of sex on my path... Sex is natural, part of life and should be approached with respect, but is also there to be enjoyed. The idea of being afraid to enjoy oneself during such a time is really beyond me........

Nah, we love sex...
As a matter of fact, May Day is always my favorite holiday... it reminds me to let my Christian friends know how much fun they're missing out on by not having sex in the feilds...
Then again, most Paganism is based upon Nature and being natural and following your own nature...

Of course not! Though that doesn't mean we are promiscuous (though thats not to say some aren't...)
Sex is natural, everyone has sexual feelings and urges. We need it to survive. There is nothing wrong with sex as long as it is consenting.

Nope. Sex is a beautiful act of love. It's also completely personal, so we don't care whether the couple is married, gay, lesbian, or anything. As long as it's between consenting adults, it's fine and no one else's business.
