Because Christians won't cut your head off or bomb your house if you make fun of them. Christians will pray for you, so they must be in need of prayer.

Anything that works against the idea that I can do whatever I want, despite the consequences will be made fun of. People who think it is appropriate to that Christ out of Christian shows that rudeness.
Religion, however, is a personal matter. I do not believe that Christians should be going out and evangelizing... other than the fact that we are taught that we should live our lives following Christ... and that example should be a guide to others.

Some people make fun of us Christians because they don't understand how we can believe in something we can't see or substantiate with fact. Also, some Christians appear to judge those who don't believe the same as we do.
So how can we spread what we believe if all we are doing is slamming nonbelievers? We can't. The Bible tells us to "Love one another as I Love you". But how many of us really do?
If we want respect we have to give respect, even to those who do not believe as we do.

Ha ha, i admire that quote (and that i'm a Christian) And definite I do think of human beings would desire to quit making relaxing of Christians. before everything self-confident human beings do not would desire to make relaxing of different to experience extra effective approximately lifestyles. 2nd, it only fuels the ridiculous concept that they are being persecuted. on an identical time as i don't deny that religious persecution exists, Christian interior usa are actually not being persecuted with the aid of any stretch of the mind's eye.

Usually this happens because other Christians have treated Non-Christians in that same way... laughing at their beliefs, rudely pushing them off with no respect towards the person at all... People finally got tired of it and started dishing it back to them. Of course, those who are innocent of acting this way get caught up in the fray, but in the end that is usually viewed as "friendly fire" as the majority of Christianity seems to be dead set to take the rest of us out in one way or another. Either physically, verbally or emotionally... and frankly, a lot of us Non-Christians are really tired of seeing certain Christians attacking those who are different.

If you do not do these things, then you should not take offense at the attacks being dealt. But I feel very strongly in standing up to those who do attack others, especially those who may not be able to handle the attack.

Yeah i agree totally with you but people have become a bit sceptical of christianity nowadays. Just like the bible said there are many people claiming to be christians who don't really know christ and do bad things which gives us all a bad name. Most people see christians as hypocrits because many preach one thing and then go out and do another.

You did not use one single period in your question OR additional information. That is reason enough to make fun of you.

But why people find it necessary to make fun of Christians, I don't know. I say live and let live. We should all believe what we want to believe, and I think there would be a lot more harmony in our relationships.

Well I don't know what your doing that you think is "how god wants you to live". But if people can tell you're christian when you walk down the street then some thing is very very wrong.

Huh... from what I have seen we merely point things out, ya'll do it to yourselves.

What a crock.

IF you people were as you described people wouldnt make fun of you at all. Rather they would become one of you. However, from an outside perspective your group mechanic is one of hate bigotry and the denial of the persuit of happieness. IF you people led a christ like life that'd be one thing but christians are the least resemblant of christ. Pagans are more christlike than your lot.

So do come down off your soapbox and take a look in the mirror.

So, remember that feeling before you spout off to a person of another faith, or a person of no faith, ok?
