Is it ok to pray for a friend who is considering an abortion outloud during mass?

If your parish allows such vocal prayers at a particular time during the Mass, then you could offer such an intention, provided you don't say anything that would reveal your friend's identity. But if such vocal prayers are not the norm in your parish, then you should just offer a silent prayer.

You can pray for a friend, mentioning her name only, but I think that would best be considered presenting your petition under the silent prayers that are also asked for.
I don't think that your friend would want it announced that she was pregnant or that she was considering an abortion. These are very private matters.

Abortions during mass are wrong. She should wait until mass is over.
