I don't know what sentence the "eres" goes with.
There's no such word as "aldo". Maybe "algo" =
something or someone's name.
Maybe he's saying: You're something else,
but look at what's round.

Hi!
It means, "You're such a bad photographer, Aldo. But look at those curves".
That's what it says. "Redondez" actually is the quality of something that is round. I used "curves" for this.
And, well, the word "pinche" may be used between friends, but it is not a nice word to say to someone else.
