I do!
Not creepy polite, clearly to get in your pants.
But polite without thinking, just kind of takes care of you? Not aggressively, or patronizingly. Not because he feels obligated. Just little things, like being a step ahead to hold the door, or getting your chair, making sure he sits facing the wall, or asking if you mind before he loosens his tie or takes off his coat. A little protective of you in scary situations (not making you walk on the building-side of the sidewalk, I don't like that).
I know its not the dark ages, that men don't have to serve women and women don't need them to. I don't think a man should ever have to, I just think it's nice.
Opinions? Any one feel the same?

Here in Wyoming, the more of a redneck pig you are the more women like you. I happen to have good manners and I'm well educated. I think many women here are so used to being abused, physically and emotionally they don't know how to handle a nice man. I've dated several women who had been with rude guys before. It didnt' take long for them to start yelling and screaming at me. It was almost like they wanted me to get into it with them. Needless to say I didn't stick around long. There are a lot of people here who have met the right person and they're all married right now. Single, sane women are hard to come by here.
Personally, I think that a guy who is nice and polite and is fun to be around shouldn't have a problem meeting a like minded woman. But here I am...lol

Yes, I find thoughtful and kind men to be very attractive, doubly so when it seems like second nature. They don't have to know which fork to use and all those pointless bits or etiquette, but I do like a man who is soft spoken and gentle. It's a sign of strength and confidence to me.
Of course, I like the same qualities in women.

A man who has good manners and is polite is not serving a woman. The feminists developed that crazy idea and left everyone trying to figure out what to do and how to do it. The truth is in the genes. Men who are taught manners and appreciate women, women who are taught manners and oblige good manners are doing what should come naturally. So let's just all relax and enjoy and not re-invent the wheel.

My husband and I went on our first date and I feel in love with him in one weekend our first weekend. We did not do anything special because we both worked very crazy hours and just could not get a moment in and we lived a distance from each other at the time. So one weekend after a few weeks of trying to hook up we were both free. So I went to his house and we walked to a local restaurant and he did the whole open the door pull out the seat, stood up when I left the table for the rest room. Stood up so I could set down. Then that night it was late and I missed the last bus to my home town and he had a few drinks so driving was out so he gave me his bed and sleep on the floor I could not see him there so I told him he could get in bed with me. He respected me and never touched me and I just fell in love with his manners and the fact that he was able to control himself because I could see he was into me and still did not try anything. Most men would of thought yes sex.

Good manners is always a turn on. There isn't anything I hate more than a rude arrogant man.
