I have had random bouts of painless throbbing in the right side of my head, about two inches above my ear for a few months now. It's always the same spot, but it happens occasionally.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

I've also had some occasional twitching around my left eye which could be related to this.

I don't exactly know.. but this happens to me A LOT. I think what cause it is moving. But if you are now just recognizing it then maybe you should get it check.. Maybe it's your jaw? But it could be because the movement of your jaw your temple begins to throb as a result? I would honestly get it checked out, though! Just in case it could be something like a vain or something.

Maybe you need to have a CAT SCAN of your head? Would be the best way I know of to find cause of your problem. Contact a M.D. and tell him your symptoms, and ask if a CAT SCAN would benift your problem.

I think its fatigue. Take some time to relax and do some deep breathing. I think it will help.
