1) eat steam food, vegetables, lean meat and fruits.
2) avoid junk food and snacks
3) Drink plenty of water, min 8 glasses a day
4) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied.
5) If you are hungry, drink water or eat fruits
6) Go for walk or a run. Or try sprinting 100m, then jog 100m, rinse and repeat. This will have a good workout on the body.

Dear Friend, it does not matter if you have any gym equipment or not, the most important that you want to have healthy body, if it`s so you can go for any sport, I for example, run every day about an hour, and I have a good body and health, and don`t need any gym. If you won`t eat after 18, and during the day don`t eat much, and run every day about 40 minuets, you`ll sure lose your weight, and won`t put it. Wish you successes in losing weight, I know you`ll lose it, if you sure want it

I used to have serious over weight problem for years and I was the kind of people quite easily get sick & tired. Thank god, once I met a new friend in a family gathering and he told me a very good site that I later found so helpful. The site taught me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I had been doing wrong to address my over weight problem... Here is the good thing you might wanna to check out more. Good luck!

You need to start with a light weight training routine and gradually build up. Circuit training is a great way to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. Use a light weight and go from one exercise to another with little or no rest.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

Get a bicycle, or an exercise bike, get an elliptical machine, a treadmill or go running. You can also get an aerobics dvd and do aerobics in your home. Go on a low fat diet high in protein and no sugar.

For starters, try walking really fast every day for 30 minutes. Give up (for the most part) salt, sugar, breads, dairy products. Grams
