There is a saying.....

"If you don't stand for something... you will fall for anything....."

Believe that... it's worth thinking on....

In reality what happens is a reaction. Sometimes even if a person doesn't give a damn to something she will fight for it if some other person comes to take it from her.
I would ask: Why people are so worried to spread their own culture, ideology or religion to others?
If you live your own way and respect the way others live, life would be easier for everybody.

But things are much more complicated than they seem.
For example: culture is also business. It includes cinema, food, lifestyle, products...
When I spread my culture (through films for example), I spread the products my country produces with it.
Others will react and say: "we have our own culture, we have our own lifestyle, we have our own way to dress ourselves, we have our own products, we don't want and we don't need yours!"
Maybe they would never think about defending their own culture if they didn't feel the threat of losing something (in this case, their culture).

Because they think such things are worth protecting.

In many cases they are wrong but that doesn't stop them from acting as though they are right.

because they want to protect their status of beings made by God...they will fight against those who try to convince that they are animals...they will die for this..
