some people carry stress in their neck area, some in lower back. being a student, stress is to be expected.
try this one: sit against a wall in a chair and place your finger in your nose. now tuck your chin as so the finger (without moving the finger) is now away from your nose. keeping the chin tucked, roll your shoulders in sets of 3, 10 times in each direction. i really helps me.

Stress or hypertension. To be on the safe side chew a couple of garlic clove along with some nimko. It will be bitter but surely helpfull.
