Why not just come out and ask whether white people or black people are better..... or whether people like men or women more?

Asians are probably the most intelligent of the earth folk. Not to suggest they're smart, but they are smarter than the rest of us.
Iranians seem about the same amount of smart as Americans and Europeans. Pretty dense, on the whole.

That's like saying, "who is smarter, Americans or Europeans."
Europe is full of different countries. Your average Romanian is not going to be status oriented as your average Fin.
