I believe, in all situations, unless there are no reasonable means of imprisonment, state sanctioned murder for any offence is murder and therefore unethical. If we draw a line in the sand for murderers, then that line will move based on current moods and social themes- it will move to pedophiles, then terrorists, the death penalty can too easily become a tool of oppression and should be avoided in a civilized country.

Except for those bloody people who use their damn cell phones in movie theaters, execute every last MFing one of them!

Also, people who change lanes without indicating. I hate them!

No, I love when people use cell phones during the movie. I also enjoy crying babies, loud talking, etc. It makes paying $8 to see a sucky movie sooo worth it!

Not sure.

At the very least I think we should smash their phones though along with force them to pay the costs to refund the ticket price for everyone else in the cinema.

No they should be publicly flogged, by a man is a Superman costume. Nothing more embarrasing than being beat by a man who wears tights and underwear on the outside!

Perhaps placed in a theater with crying children.

I think asked to turn off the phone or leave the theater would be sufficient.

A bit harsh, maybe gentler approach such as seeing which of their orifices the phone fits best.

I'm against the death penalty but a vicious beating should be OK.

Executed is a little ruff. Exited would work.
