It sounds like you are at a perfect weight. Stop looking at the media and those anorexic celebreties! Be proud of yourself! If you lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks it would be mostly water weight anyway, and you would just gain it back and then some because you will probably be maddddd hungry. Just keep doing what you are doing and maybe up your exercise routine a tad- there is nothing wrong with keeping your body healthy.

Good luck!

A real strict Atkins diet will do it. Have to be real strict though. No carbohydrates, plenty of water. I think the diet should be modified for long term use. A vegetarian diet, life style, might be better over the long run, if you add all the supplements necessary or know how to work it properly. I found that when I learned that my whole vocabulary was judgmental words and I switched to descriptive ones, I lost 17 pounds, now 22. I think. when I was full emotionally then I felt full physically if I only had a little to eat and felt stuffed if I ate any more. I guess we mix up the two feelings of empty. I studied Emotional Intelligence then, also, and got a lot of other benefits. You wouldn't believe the list.

Your weight seems to be fine. Stop freaking out and realise that a healthy body weight and healthy body image is more important than being too skinny.

Back to the point, the most you can safely lose in two weeks is 4-5 pounds at most. Part of that will be water weight however and most of that will come back if you stop exercising or go back to your regular routine.

The key to victory here is slow and steady weight loss coupled with a proper diet.
