Well, first off, you stiffen your hand and whack the other guy's neck with the knife edge of your hand and shout "JUDO CHOP!" at the same time : P It's not gonna knock him out, but it will annoy the hell out of him and if you do it repeatedly long enough, it might make him so mad he'll burst a blood vessel and die of a stroke or aneurism.

While there is some VERY MINOR Striking taught in some Judo schools at the Higher Levels(Kosen Blackbelts learn BASIC Punches and Low Kicks once they reach Blackbelt)The Vast Majority of judo has no striking involved and even the schools that do have nothing called a Judo Chop.

You obviously know nothing about judo.

Judo is a grappling art, there are no strikes involved, in any way, shape, or form.

In other words, I hate to bust up your Austin Powers fantasy world, but there is no such thing as a Judo chop. It doesn't exist. Period.

There is no knife hand strikes in Judo, sorry mate, check with sum Karate or Jujitsu guys.
