get offline and go outside.....dont eat fast food, no cupcakes, run, play sports

It all comes down to your way of living (lifestyle) in the end. A healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg and a small portion of meat, a sufficient amount of excercise, starting with a little and gradually increasing each day. Change small things in your diet such as eating as much whole grain food as you can, swapping white bread for brown bread and staying of sugary foods. Also, an organic lifestyle which is used in conjuction with the above will help and make you healthier and feeling great every day.

I would recommend daily exercise - that way boot camp will be somewhat less difficult if you are already in shape. Start slow (say 5 minutes of running, bicycling, pushups, etc) then work your way up to 30 minutes or an hour of exercise. Swimming is also great exercise in the summertime. Also, monitor your diet - more meat and vegetables, less fat and sugar.

There is no trick. If you eat 3 meals a day and excercise you should be able to lose weight and stay healthy and toned. It also helps if you eat a lot for breakfast and less for lunch and dinner. If you need to eat in-between meals then eat healthy things like apples. Oh, and remember to drink lots of water!

look if your situation is really serious and you cant loose weight by eating carefully,exercizing and ciounting your calories then go to a diet doctor and follow the special program he would give you and only you

ok well..stay outside a lot keep urself occupied. eat half of what u eat now..say u eat 6 cookies everyday..eat 3.
