The above answerer is correct. I only started Arnis so we are practicing with short sticks. But, this is only preparation for the traditional blades, the dagger and bolo, that would replace the sticks if the need were to arise.

I also began my Judo studies more than 40 years ago, and as was already explained, Judo is empty hand. Weapons will always be more "deadly" than an empty hand, particularly in the case of a system like Arnis. I haven't heard of the dance you are talking about.

There is no comparison. It's kinda like asking which is better, a ferrari or a speedboat? A ferrari is fine if you want speed on a freeway. But on water, a speedboat is the better choice. Kali/arnis is a weapons based MA while Judo is an empty hand MA. Of course a weapons based art is always deadlier. But if you had asked for comparison between Kali and Iaido, then you're asking the right question.
As for the "Dance of d3ath", unless you're referring to YawYan which is short for Sayaw Kamatayan(death dance) a kicking martial art which is not a form of arnis, but a totally different style which originated from the visayas in the central region of the Philippines, then any fighting art that is used in a fight to the d3ath can be called a dance of d3ath.

How is it deadlier?? A Kali-Arnis fighter WITHOUT a weapon will get destroyed by a Judo fighter! Basically Judo fights with no weapons and Kali-Arnis does! So the question doesn't really make sense.

a judoka would be at a HUGE disadvantage against even an UNTRAINED knife fighter,

what the hell makes you think the poor UNARMED guy has a prayer in hell against someone who actually knows what they are doing.

The question is not if he is deadlier, its how long would the judo guy take to bleed out and die if he was stupid enough to stand and fight rather than run.
