As a rule of thumb, anything that involves the exchange of bodily fluids is a no-go. Such activities, even when you are of legal age, require "safe sex" practices.

When a person can ask some thing like this,I am sure he/she generally knows the answer as well.The important thing then is to be able to do what is perceived to be right.That's the main issue.

uhm, well... i would just kind of wait on the sex part... i lost my virginity when i was 14 (now 17) and it was kind of a mistake.
so... i would say anything, but intercourse is good.
