My answer would be "D".
Here is my explainatiion:
abc "D" efg "H" ijk "L" mno "P" qr "S" tuv "W" xyz
**If you take out the vowels (including "Y") this is your result:
bc "D" fg "H" jk "L" mn "P" qr "S" tv "W" xz
Every two consonants are selected.
