Fasting is a good way to stop all the bad habits and eliminate toxins from the body
But ...it should be done with care!
Fast for a day completely....Drink water whenever you feel hungry
Change your diet!
Involve yourself in some good work so that your mind does not become idle.. and idle mind is a devil's workshop!
Practice Yoga & Meditation!
Drink 1 litre of water for every 20 kgs of your body
Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, cereals, pulses, berries and ofcourse drink loads of water
With all these i believe you can quit any bad things in life..if you make up your mind to quit smoking, wine-ing, tobacco, tea, coffe,, whatever that harms your body!
First have a strong MIND! you can achieve anything in Life!
If there is a will there is a way! 4 a better YOU!
Cheers!

I know what you mean about chewing tobbaco,I chew a lot but I dont consider ot disgusting it a matter of choice, but it is a hard habit to quit.Ihave been chewing for many years loose leaf ,this was a substute for smoking which I did for many years, but quit,Stuff like gum, candy etc.didnt work for me when smoking, you have to find a way to slowly cut back the nicotine,I used nicorrete when I stopped smoking but you can get addicted to this also.Perhaps a nicotine patch may help you.Iknow everyone will say that I might have stopped smoking but im,getting my nicotine fix with chewing and I wont deny that,soI quess I gave up one evil for another,Its gonna be hard my friend and I wish you the best of luck

Dude I'm right there with you. Nicotine is one of the hardest things to let go of. You will think you are going crazy without it. The gum has never worked for me, the patch falls off when I break a sweat. There is only a couple of solutions left. Stop cold turkey, which will drive you crazy. Or you can go to the doctor and he will put you on a pill for a month. I have known several people to take the pill and put the habit down all together. I wish there was an easy way but unfortunately there isn't. Good luck.

I stopped cigarettes. Get some candy. I used lollipops. but when it comes down to it, JUST DONT DO IT! Avoid people for a few days if necessary so not to bite heads off. There is a 3 or 4 day period when it is very hard, but after that it hardly comes up.

This is more than an addiction to chewing, it is an addiction to tobacco. Tobacco is one of the most addictive drugs around. It will take lots of work and lots of help. Try to find help to get you through this.

You won't select me as the best answer because my response is just to stop it. It is disgusting, will rot your teeth and you have to have somewhere to spit it out. Just don't do it anymore. You are in control of your actions and don't put that stuff in your mouth.
Would you have oral sex with another guy? Probably not, so think of it as putting something in your mouth that you most likely would not do.

you putting yourself in a high risk of the mouth cancer than smoking would. Unfortunately you have to make your own mind if you want to quit. It is an addiction, but it is easier to stop dipping than to stop smoking because the industry does not put as many additives in the chow as in the cigarettes, so you have better chance.
