I really like this guy, we are really good friends and hang out a lot. He always tell me that I'm hot and always compliments me. But he also jokes around about stuff like "I want to be on you" and "You should blow me", yes he is joking, i've asked him. But his best friend just asked me out and I said yes, just to give him a chance, and my friend knows that. (I told him, plus he knows that i just want to be friends with his best friend) But now we haven't been hanging out as much and I really miss him. Plus, he won't even look at me when he talks to me and we don't seem as close. What do I do? Does he like me?

It means he 'Wants you`.
Not always the same thing as 'Likes you` with guys.
