I might have been a nut at this time....for I was...6 yrs ago, I went to the pastor at church, after the service, he could not look me in the eye, for like one min, and practicaly bent over to hide from me. I said to him what are you gay? and he said no the Lord is upon you and I can not look into the eyes of God?

then about 2 yrs ago, I was healty I guess. This cathloic pastor was visiting my old church, and he was doing a service there and everything was going ok and he looked at me, and got frigthtend right down to his boats and made mess out of himself on the stand, studdered, and shakened up. He started out ok, then he looked me in the eye in the congergation, and kept looking at me, in a frightend way. looking at me like what happened? It was kinda funny in a crule way.....:)

now is this werid or what? have you had any weird experiances? has the bible ever spoke of anyone with his face upon them, or do I file this in the crazy file in my mind?

I've heard plenty of stories like this from Charismatics. Of course, the same folks also claimed that demon-possessed Cabbage Patch dolls attacked them.

As for the Bible, there is no evidence of this sort of thing. On the contrary, it seems that there were no distinguishing features about the men of God in Scripture. When Saul was looking for the prophet Samuel (arguably one of the greatest prophets), he completely overlooked Samuel, and even asked him for directions to the Seer's house. People frequently criticized Jesus for being so common and un-prophet like (is this not the Carpenter's son?) People encountering prophets in the Old Testament seldom realize who they are dealing with. Jacob met the Angel of Yahweh and mistook him for a common man (and even got into a fist fight with him!), Sarah laughed at the Angel of Yahweh who visited Abraham. When the prophet foretold the death of Ahab, another "prophet" slapped him across the face, and Ahab refused to believe that he was a man of God in the first place. When the prophet confronted Jereboam, the latter didn't recognize him as anything special until Jereboam's hand withered. When Samuel was searching for the next annointed king of Israel, he (and the household of Jesse) completely overlooked David, the man of God. Eli failed to realize the significance of Samuel, even as Samuel was hearing the voice of God. The children laughed and mocked Elisha. In fact, with the exception of Moses (whose face glowed in the dark), there is no evidence that any man of God was any different from any other human being.

now, wow! i've personally not heard of any experiences like that but about the first pastor what i would like to say is that there are only 2 ooptions: eitherr he was telling the truth or he was lying. now the God says in the Bible that no man can look at His face and live so i guess that would probably mean that the pastor was lying.

It is a feeling of strange from the pastor who have sighted your presence in the church. You look like examining his conscience when you happen to look at him straight on the eye and because he was tongue tied to say something to you, ;he remain silent trying to hide something in his mind which he wanted to say but could not express it, so he remained eyeing at you.

I quite frankly don't believe it.

Maybe you dreamed it and thought it was a true experience, I've done that a lot when I was a toddler.

So we have two pastors (one Protestant and one Catholic). You look at them and they break down. Have you looked at any other pastors?

Whatever is going on is not biblical.
