honestly, i think that as long as the girl was willing to (no crap involved about the guy loving her forever and treating her to fancy restaurants and buying her designer clothes and jewelry, etc.), the government shouldn't get involved.
sex is what lovers do.. right?

Can a 18 yr old male have sex with a girl almost 18, wearing a condom still get here pregnant in the state of California? Yes he can as condoms are not 100% safe. Hope you can run fast as her father will chase your a** down. Honey don't give my state a bad name.....

because its 1 years old to 18 and
then its 16 to 25 with parent consent.. =]

I guess technically you could, but it's very unlikely.
You only have to worry about it if you think somebody you know hates your guts has the chance to find out by walking in on you "accidentally" or something. Your best bet is to just wait if you feel paranoid about it. It's only a day.

No but unless the girl calls the police and tells them that u rapped her. I dont think that girl will call the cops, only some girls call the cops and do that.
