If you are talking about the Trump Tower at Columbus Circle, yes, part of that building is apartments. It is a mixes use building. It is a mix of a Hotel and Apartments and a 2 restaurants.

Yes, They are very high scale apartments. There are actually a few towers owned by trump in New York, all have people living in them.

Donald lives there and also Donny Deuch the talk show guy lives in the TT.
