Just about everything but their attitudes and competitiveness.
A woman is beautiful, her body, her hair, they are soft, supple, clean shaven (usually).
Women are beautiful to look at, but they are psychotic. I am a woman myself. And I dated a few girls, and it was worse than any relationship with a man.
The only positive I could say besides their looks are they are usually a lot cleaner than men. My house was pretty darn clean at all times when I lived with my girlfriend.
But we play head games, are overly competitive, jealous, and just plain annoying.

confindents, sexy without trying too hard. I am not bi or lesbian, but I do find some girls are very attractive to my eyes.

the way she looks all dressed up, her laughter, how sensitive she is, how loving she is, how good of a person she is... how sensuous it feels to lay next to her and cuddle... the way she can talk for hours and not be afraid to have fun and be real close...

My friend says it is more the acceptance and how girls are not programmed to see other girls as pretty and see it as "WRONG!" as guys do.
