I have these red scaly bumps and rash on my elbows and then noticed it on my knuckles. Now I find 3 more bumps on the side of my right wrist. This has gotten much worse in the past 3 days, seems like its spreading. I only really noticed the problem over a week ago. It itches like hell. what does this sound like? Does it spread? because it seems its spreading on my body. This really sucks.

I would consult a doctor, especially since it is itchy and spreading

I do not think it is psoriasis (I have it-but it's hard to tell) Not sure about excema. It sounds to me like it might very well be poison ivy. If I were you I would go to the doctor or maybe even the pharmacist or look up pictures of those three things on the internet (remember some of those pictures are extreme cases). If it is poison ivy, it spreads and is very, very, very itchy. It's horrible. Don't scratch it!!!! Soak in a tub of epsom salt or baking soda to soothe it. Use benadryl cream or take a benadryl. Poison Ivy is not contaigous as long as you have washed it off but it can get into your blood and spread throughout your body. Get back to us and let us know what it is.

Doesn't sound like psoriasis, but could be eczema. I agree that it also could be posoin ivy.
Sounds like you need a doctor's opinion before you can figure out how to treat it. Treatments would be different for each of those things.

Could be several things, some of which are contagious. Go to the doctor.
