Oh good Lord. I have no clue. That sucks. The only thing that I can think of is
1. write out a coupon for her to go to somewhere like Chuck E. Cheese (from the tooth fairy) for one time
2. Go "drop" the tooth under her bed and in the morning when she wants to know why the tooth fairy did not leave any money ask her to show you the tooth and then she will not be able to find it and you can "find" it under the bed and tell her to try again that night
Hope this helps you some! What a horrible situation!

Has happened to me too!! I left my daughter a tooth fairy IOU and the next night I placed the money under her pillow the same way I would have the night before. I explained to my daughter that the tooth fairy was not expecting her tooth til next week and did not have enough money on her to leave on such short notice!!

good luck

There's already a lot of great answers, I just had to share a laugh about how times have changed....when my teeth fell out thirty years ago, my mom wouldn't have needed to withdraw her savings from the bank to play tooth fairy! How much is she expecting, anyway? I think the most I ever got was a buck!

Don't forget to check the car! lol!

Good luck!

Calm down. This happened to me more than once. Don't do anything now, and explain in the morning that the tooth fairy doesn't have the same magic as Santa. She can only get to one side of the world each night, and last night she must have been in Asia. If you've got a globe or map of the whole world, even in a book, this is a nice little geography lesson.

My kids bought it. Just be sure you have money tomorrow.

This has happened to me before... I have said several things to cover... either the tooth fairy was sooooo busy that night that she didn't make it to his house in time... or she comes later in the day because she lost his address and had to find it... or, because the tooth was pulled out after bedtime, the tooth fairy doesn't have time to add his tooth to her list of tooth pick-ups and he'll be put in tomorrow night's list. hehehe. Good luck! :)
