well I wanted to lose weight so I made a chart of exercises I can do every day and I would double the amount or do a couple more
Ex>Mon. 54 push ups Tue. 80 push ups eat healthy. eat fruit until your full and no snacks in between you can once in a while miss lunch hope it helps
